The AI Certification includes one free retake if you do not pass on your first attempt. Certification fees are non-refundable once the exam has been started.

- You may display, share, and reference your Basecamp AI certification on resumes, LinkedIn, websites, and professional profiles
- Each certificate includes a unique verification link that employers and third parties can use to confirm authenticity
- We reserve the right to revoke a certification if it was obtained through fraud, cheating, or misrepresentation
7Acceptable Use
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or download course content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our platform
- Use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basecamp AI and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
